With 25+ years in the animal industry, TJ is a qualified veterinary nurse with a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Certificate IV in Animal Facility Management.

Her professional and life experience spans senior veterinary nursing, work with wildlife in New Zealand and Australia, business ownership and management, and consultation and locum work. This gives her a genuine understanding of the pressures faced by busy clinics, particularly rural practices where teams are often stretched.

Her work helps veterinary teams improve communication, clarify roles, strengthen nursing support and create practical systems that genuinely work day to day.
