Terms & Conditions

Frog Rock Consulting provides veterinary consultancy, team development, and clinical support services tailored to each client. Engagements are customised based on the needs of the practice and may include on-site work, remote support, written reports, and follow-up recommendations.

 All services are delivered with a focus on practical outcomes, team wellbeing, and sustainable improvements within the workplace.

Engagement and Scope

Each engagement is based on an agreed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeframes, and deliverables. Any additional services requested outside of the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Fees and Payment

Fees are outlined in individual proposals and are payable within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may incur additional charges where applicable.

Travel and Expenses

Travel, accommodation, and associated expenses are additional unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the engagement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to relevant staff, systems, and information required to carry out the agreed services. A safe and respectful working environment must be maintained at all times.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. Frog Rock Consulting will not disclose sensitive business or staff information to third parties without consent.

Intellectual Property

All materials developed by Frog Rock Consulting, including reports, systems, and training resources, remain the intellectual property of Frog Rock Consulting unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use these materials internally within their practice.

Professional Standards and Insurance

Frog Rock Consulting maintains current Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance appropriate to the services provided.

Limitation of Liability

All advice and recommendations are provided based on professional experience and best practice. Outcomes may vary depending on factors outside of Frog Rock Consulting’s control, including workplace culture, staffing, and implementation.
