Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

Frog Rock Consulting understands that schedules can change and aims to be flexible where possible.

Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible if a booking needs to be rescheduled or cancelled.

Where cancellations occur within a short timeframe prior to a scheduled engagement, a fee may apply, particularly where preparation, travel, or scheduling commitments have already been made.

Any non-refundable travel or accommodation costs incurred will be passed on to the client.

Where possible, cancelled sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually suitable time.
